stare longingly...

what did I do, where did I go, what did I see?

So what does a gal do when she is on a blog hiatus
besides stare longingly at the bike lane
reminiscing about what it was like to
ride her bicycle
with short sleeves
in the warmth
and no snow?

Go for a walk when she is stuck at work,
get out in the day,
look for the beauty,
and enjoy the solitude.
My life is outside,
the Sun is my sanity,
I suffer in the winter.
I challenge myself to explore.
By foot or by bicycle,
sanity is worth fighting for,
and actually can be an enjoyable
respite in one's day.
