I just have this thing for Amsterdam-style bikes. I know they are not the fastest, most tricked out, high efficiency machines - but I LOVE them! The design is just so spot-on and reminds me of simpler days. I envision myself riding the Amsterdam down the new bike path pretending I am in Holland with flowers in my basket.
I have been on a little quest all summer thinking I need one of these sweet rides, but every one I have found seems to have a high price point...until I stumbled upon the Amsterdam made by Electra. The price point is perfect for a bike you just want to take to the store and maybe go to the Farmer's Market on.
