After biking by a record 6 bicycle commuters on my way home from work (I work in an odd part of town) I started paging through the mail, gathering up things for the recycling bin, when I took a second look and thought - this one's a keeper. Smart clothes, it must be British. I'm in no rush for Fall to arrive, but when it does I've already spent money I do not have. How smart would these look on a Dutch-style bike?
